We are leading Coconut value-added products producing Company in Kerala.

Tirur Coconut Producer Company Ltd., (TCPC) is a company established in 2015 for development of coconut cultivation and processing industry with focus on increasing productivity and product diversity hence raising the income of the member farmers in the Company.The Company has a three tier structure, TCPC being at the apex level, 13 Federation and 180 Societies at the middle and lower levels respectively with 20,500 farmers and 5.5 lakh coconut palms over an area of 7284 hectares.

Our Story

Kerala has the largest area under cultivation of coconut among the Indian states with a production of over 5941 million nuts per year (2011-12).But cultivation in the state is undertaken mainly in small and marginal scattered holdings. This hampers the prospects of processing and value addition in coconut.Enabling production of value added products will ensure protection to the farmers from recurring price falls and provide scope for additional income enhancement.

It is in this context that value-added products from processing of coconut- Flavoured Coconut Milk or Coconut Juice and Virgin Coconut Oil, have been identified as high-potential products focusing the health and wellness sector in domestic as well as international markets. Both Flavoured Coconut Milk or Coconut Juice and Virgin Coconut Oil, are nutritious drinks extracted from coconut which can be promoted due to its potential for value addition, employment generation and better returns to the coconut farmers. fdf
